Report: Dallas ISD has six of 10 best public high schools in North Texas
0Dallas ISD is home to six of the 10 best public high schools in North Texas, according to a new report from a Texas-based non-profit that researched and ranked 211 public high schools from nine area counties. Hinojosa named Superintendent of the Year by Latino superintendent’s association
0Dallas Independent School District (Dallas ISD) Superintendent Michael Hinojosa has been named the 2017 Latino Superintendent of the Year by the Association of Latino Administrators and Superintendents (ALAS). The award will be presented during the ALAS annual awards gala on Thursday, April 27 in Washington, D.C. 0Two schools in the Dallas Independent School District School (Dallas ISD) have achieved top spots on the 2017 Best High Schools national rankings, according to the U.S. News & World Report. Dallas ISD’s School for the Talented and Gifted at the Yvonne A. Ewell Townview Center (TAG) has been named the best high school in Texas and No. 4 in the nation.
