Whether your student is new to Dallas ISD or returning for the 2026–2027 school year, the district’s ONE Centers are open to make the registration and enrollment process as clear and seamless as possible.
The ONE Centers serve as a centralized hub to oversee school choice initiatives, student transfers, lotteries, waitlists, and support families with pre-K through twelfth grade registrations. For families who need a one-stop shop for hands-on help, team members are available to assist with every stage of the application and registration process. Visitors can drop by any of the three locations across the district from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday or call the hotline at 972-925-5560.
ONE Center team members guide families through identifying campuses that align with their student’s academic goals, including transformation, magnet, or Montessori schools. Staff can also walk families through the online School Finder system to browse and filter through available Dallas ISD options.
For families navigating registration for multiple children of different ages, the centers streamline the entire process in one centralized visit. Whether a family is brand new to the city and exploring what Dallas ISD has to offer, or an existing family looking to request student records, complete registration, or transfer to a more convenient school location, the ONE Center team is equipped to answer questions and ensure a smooth transition.
