Great news! Three outstanding Dallas ISD magnet schools are expanding and still accepting applications from students currently in grades 3–5.
J.P. Starks Math, Science and Technology Vanguard, Sidney Lanier Expressive Arts Vanguard, and Mark Twain Leadership Vanguard are accepting applications through Feb. 28. Students are encouraged to apply here.
The three magnet schools are housed within neighborhood schools. The magnet schools, which traditionally have served students in grades 4–5, will add one grade every year until it serves grades 4–8 in 2021.
