Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts officially opened its new state-of-the -art recording and production studio on Oct. 16. Dallas ISD families are invited to the 2019–2020 STEM Night with the Dallas Mavericks on Nov. 18 at the American Airlines Center. STEM Night is a designed seminar to provide insight into the different facets of the STEM industry. Attendees will hear from various panelists as they discuss their personal successes, as well as what they do in STEM and how they got started. The event is an educational workshop intended to promote education.
