    Food Festival

    Students at the Dallas ISD Food Festival tasted and rated breakfast and lunch items to help determine what cafeterias will serve next school year (watch this).

    Sweetheart Read

    The Eduardo Mata Elementary School library and PTA hosted a special Sweetheart Read where parents, grandparents and special guests read books to students (see photos).

    Getting wild

    The Dallas Zoo and AT&T brought the Animal Adventures Program to Ebby Halliday Elementary School (watch this).

    100 days

    Schools across the district celebrated the 100th day of school in creative ways (see a photo).

    Meeting mentors

    Young ladies at Lincoln High School met with mentors and received powerful pep talks at the “Breakfast With A Bunch of Beauties” event (learn more).
