WFAA: War veteran shares a living history with Dallas ISD students

Gaylord Robert Atkinson, a 93-year-old World War II veteran and Purple Heart recipient, recently shared his war stories with a classroom full of Leadership Cadet Corp students at Thomas C. Marsh Preparatory Academy. 

Students were noticeably impressed by what Atkinson had to say. WFAA 8 has the full story here.
