Over four years, she built a record-breaking wrestling career at Hillcrest High School. 0Elsa B., a seventh-grade student at Solar Preparatory School for Girls, will have her artwork displayed in the governor’s business office at the Texas State Capitol. “I consider myself a creative person. I believe that I have big ideas and interesting thoughts. This celebration, held May 6 at the Winspear Opera House, put the spotlight on powerful stories of students, teachers, and leaders who are transforming lives and breaking barriers every day, making it happen together.
