See the Dallas ISD 2021–2022 school year calendars
0There are three different Dallas ISD 2021-2022 school year calendars. The majority of campuses will have a base calendar, where school starts Aug. 16 and ends May 27. See the base calendar here. Forty-one schools will have an intersession calendar, where school starts Aug. 9 and ends June 23. This creates time for five additional intersession weeks spread throughout the year. Pre-K Registration Coming Near YOU!
0Dallas ISD is now registering pre-k students for the 2021-2022 school year. To help families with face-to-face support completing the online registration, drive-thru enrollment events will take place every Saturday during May, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., in several schools throughout the district. To enroll in pre-k a child must be 3-or 4-years old by September 1. All new and returning students enrolling to pre-k during these events will receive a free backpack and school supplies. 0This volunteer appreciation week is the perfect time for Dallas ISD to say thank you to individuals and organizations of all stripes—agencies, businesses, public, private and higher education, faith-based, PTAs and parent organizations—who have stepped up to aid us in a year like no other. Thanks to your generosity, the district’s 150,000 students have received support ranging from uniforms and unique learning experiences to sports and higher education opportunities. 0Dallas County Elections Administrator Michael Scarpello reminds eligible voters that Early voting for the Saturday, May 1, 2021 Joint Election begins Monday, April 19, 2021 and ends Tuesday, April 27, 2021.
