J.P. Starks student wins MLK Jr. Oratory Competition
0Deon H., a fourth-grader at J.P. Starks Math, Science, and Technology Vanguard, is the winner of the 33rd Annual MLK Jr. Oratory Competition. In total, eight students across Dallas ISD took the stage for the annual competition, which took place at the AT&T Performing Arts Center on Friday, Jan, 17. Dallas ISD students prepare for annual MLK Jr. Oratory Competition
0Eight students across Dallas ISD will represent their school in the upcoming MLK Jr. Oratory Competition. These fourth and fifth graders were selected to participate in the final competition, which will take place at 11 a.m., Friday, Jan. 17, at the AT&T Performing Arts Center. English: All extracurricular activities and athletic events scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 11, 2025 have been postponed and will be rescheduled for a later date.
