Why are Dallas ISD playgrounds closed and when will these reopen?

By The Hub on May 8, 2020 News Briefs

To help flatten the curve of COVID-19 infections and protect our children and families, the Dallas Independent School District has closed its campuses and facilities, including our playgrounds. We will begin to open our facilities and playgrounds as state, county and medical officials lift the stay-at-home restrictions. Our hope is that we can reopen all facilities sooner rather than later as the county returns to normal.  Thank you for your understanding and patience during this unprecedented and trying time.
