Hill Middle student serves as junior journalist for Women’s Final Four

When the NCAA Women’s Final Four came to Dallas last month, Robert T. Hill Middle School seventh-grader Maria Gonzales got a piece of the spotlight as the basketball tournament’s “junior journalist.”

She conducted on-camera interviews with former players and coaches and reported on the Tourney Town fan festival and the 3-on-3 alumni tournament. The three reports were posted to the NCAA Women’s Basketball Facebook page. Watch them below.
