On Sept. 22, Dallas ISD interim Superintendent Michael Hinojosa and Board President Eric Cowan spoke at the annual State of the District luncheon held by the Dallas Regional Chamber.
As part of his speech, Hinojosa discussed the Dallas ISD’s culture of high expectations, and Cowan talked about the district’s effort to expand schools of choice.
