North Dallas Advocate: Junior League grants fund neighborhood teachers’ pet projects

The North Dallas Advocate recently profiled the Junior League grants that go to teachers for projects not normally provided for in school budgets.

The projects address subjects including reading and literacy enrichment; diversity; special education; science, technology, engineering and math (STEM); and arts and culture. Multiple Dallas ISD schools benefit from the grants.
