Before he was elected to the Dallas ISD Board of Trustees, Dan Micciche’s volunteer efforts at a district school challenged him to dig deep to help students succeed. Through his law firm’s involvement, he helped create a tutoring program that would change students’ lives.
Today, Micciche’s efforts to develop an instructional tutoring program using volunteers is taking root across the district. The Advocate magazine caught up with Micciche to highlight how the program has already made a difference in District 3.
