The Mayor’s Back to School Fair—a one-stop shop for free school supplies and services—is happening Friday, Aug. 3, from 8 a.m.-2 p.m., at the Centennial Building at Fair Park. Dallas ISD will kick off the 2018-2019 school year on Monday, Aug. 20. To help parents have a smooth first day of school, the district has set up two hotlines to answer questions and provide Back-to-School information such as: enrollment, bus routes, immunization requirements, school locations, school hours, and more.
