A presentation to the Dallas ISD Board of Trustees detailed how a partnership with Apple is helping the district bring the tools of the 21st century to students. A total of 21 Dallas ISD high school mock trial teams competed during the recent virtual Dallas Regional Mock Trial competition held on Jan. 15-16. Winning first place was the Judge Barefoot Sanders Law Magnet mock trial team. Booker T. Washington High School for the Visual and Performing Arts placed second and third place went to the White Rock Mock Trial Team – a combination team consisting of students from Skyline and Bryan Adams High Schools. Siemens today announced it will launch a laptop donation program, the latest company initiative to address equity in underserved communities.  Siemens chose the Dallas Independent School District’s Young Men’s Leadership Academy (YMLA) at Fred F.
