For the third year in a row, the School of Science and Engineering at Yvonne A. Ewell Townview Center swept the Texas Math & Science Coaches Association State Meet, earning first place in every category. Three graduating seniors also earned scholarships for their outstanding individual cumulative scores. Sixth-grade students across Dallas ISD recently participated in the district’s annual Model United Nations, a co-curricular experience that builds on classroom lessons in world cultures and social studies.
