Superintendent Michael Hinojosa this month announced that he would close out his 13-year tenure as superintendent of the nation’s 16th largest school district.

Dallas ISD is considering selecting a search firm for the superintendent search. If any firms are interested in submitting a proposal to the board for consideration and review at the called board meeting on Feb. 3, they can email the proposal to Shantell Grant at SGRANT@dallasisd.org by Wednesday, Feb. 2 at 4 p.m.

The proposals will be reviewed, and qualified proposals will be presented to the board of trustees.
