Six Flags characters visited three Dallas ISD schools with exceptional student attendance rates as part of the district’s “Strive for No More Than 5” campaign, which recognizes students with five or fewer absences for the entire school year.

Alex Sanger, Jimmy Tyler Brashear and Jerry Junkins elementary schools held pep rallies and recognition ceremonies on April 5 to celebrate their high attendance rates and Truancy Preventive Measure (TPM) Compliance rate.

Dallas ISD kicked of the school year with Attendance Awareness Month in September. All district students with five or fewer absences this school year will get a coupon to visit Six Flags the week of June 3.
