Parents, students and community members are invited to join the STEM Environmental Education Center to learn more about the programs and resources available for students and teachers at the center.
The open house is Thursday, Oct. 6 from 5:30–9:30 p.m. The center is located at 1600 Bowers Road in Seagoville. The center’s mission is to help diverse learners develop an awareness, appreciation, and concern for the environment, and as citizens use 21st century knowledge and skills to make informed, responsible decisions, solve current environmental problems, and prevent new ones.
