Students tune up their musical skills at weeklong Dallas Winds Band Camp

Each summer since 2008, hundreds of Dallas ISD middle and high school students have the chance to attend an intensive, weeklong band camp conducted by the Dallas Winds. This year’s camp was staged this week at Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts. The camp culminates with performances in front of family and friends at the Meyerson Symphony Center at the end of the week.
