DMN: On track to be Dallas ISD’s youngest teacher

Melisa Simon, a senior at W.W. Samuell High School shares her story on how she’s making plans to be Dallas ISD’s youngest teacher by August 2017.

Simon recently received her associate’s degree through the Early College High School program and partnership with the Dallas Count Community College District at Eastfield College.

She will join the rest of her senior class at Samuell for graduation on June 2.
