In anticipation of a large crowd for the Skyline Raiders-Allen Eagle semifinal playoff game in SMU’s Ford Stadium Saturday, Dec. 13, the City of Highland Park will be enforcing residents-only parking in surrounding neighborhoods. Dallas ISD students, parents and staff are strongly encouraged to park in the SMU parking facilities or ride DART and not park in the neighborhoods surrounding the stadium.
