Trustee Jaime Resendez is leading the charge to make District 4 an outstanding team. Elected to the board in May of 2016, this graduate of Skyline High School represents Southeast Dallas, Seagoville and Balch Springs. Resendez is a U.S. Army combat veteran and attorney licensed to practice law by the State Bar of Texas and before the U.S. District Court in the Northern District of Texas. The Dallas Cowboys face the Green Bay Packers on Sunday in a divisional playoff. Besides cheering for the hometown team, Skyline High School Principal Janice Lombardi wants to avoid becoming a Cheesehead for a day. Lombardi has a friendly wager with Rod Bohm, the principal of Southwest High School in the Green Bay Area Public School District.
