Hollis Brashear, who served on the Dallas ISD board of trustees for 14 years, died on Sunday. Brashear served two terms as board president, and he previously had a 21-year career in the Army. There will be a wake for Brashear on Friday from 6:30–8 p.m. at Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship, 1808 W. Camp Wisdom Road.
