As an industry partner with the Dallas ISD P-TECH initiative since 2016, Accenture Dallas has provided Seagoville High School P-TECH students with real world opportunities such as mentoring, resume writing sessions, mock interviews and back-to-school readiness kits. In 2018, Accenture Dallas offered one P-TECH student and seven other district high school students a valuable summer internship. El progama reparte uniformes con los colores oficiales del distrito, los cuales son blanco para la camiseta y khaki, negro y azul marino para el pantalón. La noticia se dio a conocer el 30 de septiembre durante la convención virtual de la Asociación de Administradores Escolares de Texas y la Asociación de Juntas Escolares de Texas. The Dallas ISD Uniform Assistance Program (UAP) offers one free uniform (one top, one bottom) to eligible students in grades PK-8th each school year. The program issues uniforms to qualified students in the official district colors, which are white for the top and khaki, black and navy for the bottoms. In addition to these colors, the Uniform Assistance Program also provides red and navy tops. Bottoms available include pants, skirts, skirts, and shorts. David G. Burnet Elementary School teacher Eric Hale is the 2021 Texas Teacher of the Year! The announcement was made Sept. 30 during the virtual Texas Association of School Administrators and Texas Association of School Boards Convention. He was one of six finalists across the state and will now represent Texas in the National Teacher of the Year program in the spring. Curbside meal grab-and-go service now open to all children Starting Thursday, Oct.1, all children ages 1–18 can pick up a week’s worth of meals at no charge through curbside grab-and-go service at participating Dallas ISD schools.
