Students at Lincoln High School and Humanities/Communications Magnet received a masterclass in leadership from Ashley Williams, former deputy assistant to the president and senior advisor during the Biden-Harris Administration.

Williams gave a behind-the-scenes look at national public service and high-level decision-making. She also shared candid reflections from her time in the White House, speaking openly about navigating professional spaces, overcoming obstacles, and embracing authenticity in leadership.

Her visit created space for thoughtful dialogue, with students asking direct questions about breaking barriers and building careers in public service.
