ONE Centers offer enrollment support for Dallas ISD families

Whether your student is new to Dallas ISD or returning for the 2025-2026 school year, the district’s ONE Centers are available to make the enrollment process as seamless as possible.

Families who need a one-stop shop for help with their student’s application and enrollment can drop by a center from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, at three locations across the district.

The ONE Center plays a critical role in supporting both new and returning families by serving as a centralized hub for enrollment-related services. The center assists with every stage of the enrollment process, from identifying a campus that aligns with the student’s academic goals to helping families apply to specialized programs such as transformation, magnet, or Montessori schools.

Team members also guide families through completing registration, requesting student records, and answering any questions to ensure a smooth and informed transition into Dallas ISD.

“Families often visit seeking in-person guidance and reassurance through what can be a complex and unfamiliar process,” Diana Nunez, executive director of Centralized Enrollment, said. “ Team members are trained to assist with both the technical aspects of enrollment and the human side, offering patience, clarity, and personalized support.

For families with multiple children, the ONE Center can be of assistance in enrolling students of different ages and grade levels, all in a centralized location. In some instances, families are new to the city and want to get an idea of what Dallas ISD has to offer; other times, they have an interest in transferring their student to a more convenient location or enrolling in a Choice school. The One Center can also walk clients through the School Finder System, which allows families to browse and filter through Dallas ISD campuses.
