Enrollment for the 2025-2026 school year is now open, giving families access to a variety of Pre-K options across Dallas ISD.
Options for pre-K include partnership centers and choice programs. The district also offers free, scholarship-based, and tuition-based pre-K programs, with discounted tuition available for Dallas ISD team members.
Research indicates that children who attend Pre-K learn to socialize with their peers, manage their emotions, and gain foundational academic skills to boost their lifetime learning potential.
Additionally, studies show that kids who attend Pre-K are:
- 3.5 times more likely to be ready for kindergarten
- More likely to succeed in school
- More likely to go to college
- Less likely to drop out
- Less likely to become a teen parent
- Less likely to be arrested for a violent crime
