Families will have the chance to explore all of our specialty and Legacy Schools and programs, at Discover Dallas ISD–the largest school fair in the city.
Traditionally, this districtwide event has been reserved for OTI choice and application-based schools. New this year, neighborhood or “legacy” schools will also be highlighted at the event.

Hear from representatives about opportunities such as P-TECH/ECHS, Montessori, Project-Based Learning, Talented & Gifted, STEM/STEAM, Early Learning, Career Institutes, Dual Language, Visual & Performing Arts, and our neighborhood or Legacy Schools. - Apply on-site! Be the first to register for the 2025-2026 school year: Beat the rush and be the first to apply for next school year at Discover Dallas ISD. Team members will be on site to assist families applying to our specialty schools and neighborhood school transfers.
- Visit the school kiosks that interest you: Campus kiosks will be set up all over Fair Park with informational handouts and giveaways. Take advantage of this opportunity and find the best fit for your student.
