The Dallas Education Foundation (DEF) is excited to announce its HeART of Teaching Discretionary Grant Awards Cycle. From now through May 5, 2023, DEF is accepting completed applications from Dallas ISD departments, campuses, and teachers who are seeking to fund innovative projects that advance learning or create equity through the Arts. The application is open to all teachers and not limited to those who are arts educators.
The HeART of Teaching grants fund program creates opportunities for educators to integrate the arts into instruction and/or to create equity with new or existing arts programs. Multiple grants up to $4,500/each will be awarded.

Deadline for submission is May 5, 2023. Final grant decisions are expected to be announced May 26, 2023, with grant awards to be disbursed on or after August 1, 2023.
