he 2021 Dallas ISD Holiday Invitational basketball tournament will be held Tuesday through Thursday, December 28-30. The 81st annual tournament is rich in tradition and features exceptional competition, including regional qualifiers and state champions.
This year’s new format includes a 16-team Gold bracket and a 16-team Silver bracket for both boys’ and girls’ competition. A total of 32 girls’ teams and 32 boys’ teams each are guaranteed at least four games during the three-day event.

Eight Dallas ISD high school campuses will host tournament games on Tuesday and Wednesday and then games move to Ellis Davis Fieldhouse and Forester Fieldhouse on Thursday. High school sites include: Carter, Conrad, Hillcrest, Skyline, South Oak Cliff, W.T. White, Wilmer-Hutchins, and Woodrow Wilson.
There will be eight games at each high school site on Tuesday and Wednesday. Game times are 9 a.m., 10:30 a.m., Noon, 1:30 p.m., 3 p.m., 4:30 p.m., 6 p.m., and 7:30 p.m.
On the final day of the tournament, there will be six games each at Ellis Davis and Forester field houses.
Tickets for all games of the tournament will be available on GoFan.co. Daily tickets are $5 for students and $10 for adults. A pass for the entire tournament is $20. Tickets go on sale Thursday, Dec. 16, 2021.
The entire tournament will be streamed live on the NFHS Network, which viewers need to subscribe to in order to watch.
