Dallas ISD will be back to in-person learning, districtwide. We are looking forward to welcoming everyone back to in-person learning in the fall.

Other than 4th-6th grade students enrolled at the Dallas Hybrid Preparatory at Stephen J. Hay, there will be no virtual option for students. The Texas Legislature did not pass the bill that would allow districts to offer virtual options to students at this time.

Dallas ISD will keep nine-week grading periods next school year as part of a broader effort to help mitigate learning loss and further support students. This reduces the number of district common assessments, but students will still take the state required STAAR and End of Course exams.
