Representatives from several Dallas ISD departments will be on site at Skyline High School to speak with families and answer questions on Wednesday, April 7.
The staff will be available outside the school during the curbside meal pick-up times, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
The visit to Skyline is part of an outreach effort by the Parent Advocacy and Support Services to reach families inside their communities and address their needs. Through the Family Resources On the Go program, district personnel will travel to schools to assist with enrollment, special education, homeless education and parent portal, among other topics.
Staff will have electronic devices available for parents to use if they need assistance filling online forms. If the parent’s inquiry wasn’t resolved, a representative will help the parent open a Let’s Talk ticket and a staff member will follow up.
