To provide a safe, warm shelter to families, Dallas ISD is opening warming centers at Emmett J. Conrad, 7502 Fair Oaks Ave., and W.W. Samuell, 8928 Palisade Drive, high schools and Lorenzo De Zavala Elementary School, 3214 N Winnetka Ave., from noon to 5 p.m. You are asked to bring your own food.
