Attendance matters for on-campus and distance learners

By The Hub on December 2, 2020 News Briefs

The Parent Services Department in collaboration with some student attendance heroes want to remind students and families that if you are an on-campus or distance learner, attendance still matters.

Regular school attendance is an important element for success in school. When a student is frequently absent, tardy or dismissed early from school, students lose valuable instructional time. Because regular attendance is necessary for students to succeed in school, Dallas ISD encourages all parents and guardians to stress the importance of punctuality and regular attendance with their children.

Stay engaged for every class and #ShowUpDallasisd.
