Dallas ISD STEM Health and Physical Education teams up with the City of Dallas Aquatics Program to promote water safety

Dallas ISD elementary school students and their families are invited to participate in a Water Safety Challenge. Friday, May 15 is International Water Safety Day and Dallas ISD STEM Health and Physical Education has teamed up with the City of Dallas Aquatics to bring a variety of lessons and activities providing lifesaving water safety information to students.

Every student who completes the 5-day activity challenge by the end of May will receive a prize of a Dallas Aquatics Swag bag. Prize can either sent to schools for pick up or they can be picked up at one of the City of Dallas Aquatic facilities on scheduled days.

Families can send their entries through their student’s PE teacher, or send to info@dallasaquatics.org or participate by submitting entries on Dallas Aquatics Facebook page under each day’s challenge video.
