Dallas ISD assistant athletic director receives state award

Dallas ISD Assistant Athletic Director Annette Scogin is the Texas winner for the 2016-2017 Frank Kovaleski Professional Development Award.

Scogin received the award at the Texas High School Athletic Directors Association’s (THSADA) Hall of Honor Banquet in Houston on July 23. Scogin earned the award by being a THSADA and National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association member who has made significant contributions and demonstrated excellence in professional development at the local, state and national levels.
