Collegiate academy boot camp

More than 1,600 incoming freshmen to the district’s collegiate academies got first-hand college experience at a two-week summer boot camp. (Learn more)

Dallas ISD’s online enrollment is now open and provides a convenient, fast and accurate way to enroll new and returning students to the district. (Enroll now)

Mayor’s Back to School Fair

A press conference celebrated the registration period kickoff to the Mayor’s Back to School Fair, which is Aug. 4 and will provide a one-stop shop to prepare students for the school year. (Read this)

Open house at CityLab High School

EduCareer Expo

The Dallas County Community College District (DCCCD) EduCareer Expo for 2017 Dallas ISD graduates offered a one-stop shop for those interested in enrolling at a DCCCD campus. (Read this)

Skyline mural at Dallas Zoo

A mural created by Skyline High School Class of 2016 graphic design and illustration students was installed at the Dallas Zoo Education Center. (Read this)

Trustees approve budget

Trustees approved a 2017-2018 balanced district budget that includes a performance-based increase to base salary for teachers under the Teacher Excellence Initiative. (Read this)
