The L. G. Pinkston Mighty Marching Band has been selected from thousands of bands across America to participate in the National Memorial Day Parade May 27 -29 in Washington D.C.
In addition to representing Dallas ISD and the State of Texas, the Mighty Viking Band Members will attend a series of historic educational tours including the Ford Theater, the United States Holocaust Museum, and the Lincoln, Korean, Martin Luther King Jr., Vietnam, and National World War II Memorials.
