Students have until Sunday, March 12, to apply for a Stars on the Rise scholarship, which is provided by the Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. For 34 years, Stars on the Rise has given millions of dollars to talented students who can’t afford college.
Stars on the Rise scholarships are open to all high school seniors regardless of ethnicity or immigration status.
