STEM Day 2016 is around the corner, and the Dallas ISD STEM Department is gearing up for another exciting time for students (preK through 12th grade) and their entire families beginning at 8 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 6, at Skyline High School. STEM Day offers a number of fun-filled, hands-on activities that stimulate the mind and inspire participants to explore the world of science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
Scheduled sessions include: Circuit Bling! Bling!; Meet the Critters; Robotics-Aerial, Demo, Games and Underwater; Science in the Movies-Chemistry: Movie Snow, Liquid Nitrogen, and Air/Water Cannon Station; Turning Gamers into Developers; Zombies-Under the Dome; Build an App!, and many others.
