Community meetings present facts about proposed bond program

Parents and community members gathered on the evening of Wednesday, Sept. 16, at Robert T. Hill Middle School to hear information about the 2015 proposed bond program.

Dallas voters will have a chance to consider the $1.6 billion bond in the Nov. 3 elections. District 3 Trustee Dan Micciche hosted Wednesday’s meeting.

District 9 Trustee Bernadette Nutall will host a similar meeting next week, set for 6-7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 22, at the Dallas County Schools Technology and Training Center, 5151 Samuell Blvd.
