Dallas ISD welcomed new teachers to the district as part of a New Teacher Academy event held Aug. 6 at Fair Park.
At the event, teachers new to Dallas ISD heard from district leaders and learned about initiatives such as the Teacher Excellence Initiative and Destination 2020.
