Dallas ISD recycled 1,492 tons of aluminum, cardboard, plastics and glass

Dallas ISD is making every effort to reduce waste and conserve energy.

The district has recycled 1,492 tons of aluminum, cardboard and paper, plastics and glass this school year. That’s enough to save 13,800 mature trees and 5.6 million gallons of water!
