Lean and Green Day to provide plant-based menu to students

On April 30, the Dallas ISD Lean and Green Day will feature a plant-based menu packed with nutrients in all school cafeterias during lunch.

The meat-free meal will have a variety of fruit and vegetable options to choose from.

Holland Roden, an actress on MTV’s “Teen Wolf,” filmed a video to raise awareness of Lean and Green Day among Dallas ISD students. View the video above.
