Each week the Dallas ISD Coordinated School Health initiative reminds you to check in for recipes, hints to being active and how your family can make small changes at home. This week’s tip is an easy one, get out and play! Keep moving for 60 minutes a day. Go for a run, play with friends or ride your bike! It’s that easy.
