The Irma Rangel Young Women’s Leadership School welcomed veteran anchor John Seigenthaler and Executive Producer Mary Caraccioli of the network Al Jazeera America on Oct.2 as part of its Speakers Forum series.
The forum features professionals and community leaders who inform and expose students to new ideas and perspectives to broaden their understanding of the world. Seigenthaler and Caraccioli shared their views on journalism and helped the students understand ideals and practices of international journalism.
