Eighth-graders are often excited to embark on the journey that is high school but focus on sports, clubs and navigating the social scene. Dallas ISD is giving them an opportunity to plan their learning paths at the district’s Exploring High School Fair, Dec. 3-9 at Ellis Davis Field House, 9191 S. Casey Gerald was the valedictorian at South Oak Cliff High School in 2005, then graduated from Yale University, followed by earning a Masters in Business Adminstration from Harvard.
