Thanks to a grant from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation in the fall of 2013, the district’s concept of personalized learning may take flight in a whole new way. HKS Architects revealed the innovative and futuristic plans during a presentation at its Dallas headquarters. Did you know that there is a military museum on the campus of Thomas C. Marsh Preparatory Academy? Commonly known around Dallas ISD as The Marsh Military Museum, it has been open since May 8, 2012. The Leadership Cadet Corps cadets who are the curators and tour guides take great pride in the items that have been donated by the community.
